#Ponder: What Am I Excusing?

Recently, I began to recite an affirmation that contains the line: “I reject forcefully and unequivocally mediocrity of any type and at any level.

Now, here’s what I observed….

About the same time, I began to search online for a particular item I intend to purchase. For a few weeks now, I have been searching and haven’t been able to make a choice out of the myriad of options available.

And, as I looked online at different varieties of this item, it became clear to me that I could no longer excuse some of those things about this item that I had excused for a long time.

This experience got me thinking about other areas of my life in which I had been excusing things I shouldn’t have.

What have you been excusing?

What should you consciously stop excusing that your finances may improve?

What habit should you stop excusing in yourself that you may build sustainable wealth?

Which friends should you stop excusing so that you may retain the wealth that flows in your direction?

Which inordinate requests of your time and energy should you stop excusing that you may make more money?

At the end of the day, you attract who you are. So, improve the quality of who you are such that you will attract to yourself the kind of wealth that you desire.
